Day Two, so far so good
Woke up at 6 a.m. this morning and weighed-in at 139.2. Same as yesterday ... ate what I want and took iHCG Pro as directed. iHCG Pro emailed me a link to "download" the diet guide and recipe book. I'm unimpressed so far.

Day One, so far so good
I woke up at 6:30 a.m. this morning and weighed-in at 139.4. My goal is to lose at least 15 pounds. I'd like to maintain 125 lbs. I took the iHGC drops as directed (10 drops under tongue, waiting 30 seconds before swallowing and waiting 20 minutes after before eating or drinking) at 6:30 a.m., 1 p.m.. and 7 p.m. You can definitely tell there's alcohol in the mix because it burns a bit, but is tolerable. I ate whatever I wanted today aligning with the "rules" of phase one. I don't feel any different and weighed myself again this evening tallying 139.2, however morning and night weight/water weight fluctuates, so nothing yet. he he he, as if that would even be possible! ;)

And so it begins
So, I ordered iHCG Pro on Tuesday, Oct. 18, and received it today. They forgot to put the diet guide and
Phase one sounds rediculous, yet delish!recipe book in the package. I double checked and yes, I did order and pay for it. I looked on their website for contact information, which stated to email them, call or try the live chat button, which is on the top of every page. Problem is ... there IS no "live chat button" on any of their pages. The number they listed had a message to email them. I went on their facebook page, which had a different number and after calling received the same message, "all correspondence is handled by email only." That is typical, but still absurd. So first of all they get an F for contact and a D for not including the entire order. I sent an email stating I wanted a refund for the diet guide and recipe book I didn't receive, which by the way, the diet guide was free on their website. So I kind of feel scammed in that sense. It's funny how companies are quick to take your money, but not so much in refunds. We'll see how this goes. I really hope it's not another hard lesson learned. I also included the entire order summary so there was no mistaken I did purchase it. Anyway, I guess I'll start the diet tomorrow. If you're thinking of trying this, know that you will not talk to a live person - ever.

Tomorrow it's supposed to go like this:
Dosage: You will take 10 drops of the HCG drops 3 times evenly spaced every day you are on the diet. Make sure to wait 20 minutes after taking them to have food or drink. There are no exceptions to this dosing. If you miss a dose, just pick up as normal at the next scheduled time, and don't double your dose.
QUICK START DIET GUIDE
The IHCGPro Diet is based on the use of homeopathic HCG combined with a very low calorie diet (VLCD) to change your metabolism to burn the extra fat and lose the extra pounds. Only certain foods are allowed during the diet. The diet consists of a loading phase (Phase 1), a very low calorie diet (Phase 2), and a maintenance diet (Phase 3). The following are the food guidelines and restrictions for doing the HCG True Diet.
Phase I
For the first two days, you are loading up on IHCGPro. You may eat what you want during these three days, but eating high calorie foods with fat content is recommended. This may seem counterintuitive at first, but is meant to get your body’s metabolism working at full capacity. When incorporating the HCG diet into your routine, this helps get the highest level of fat burn from your diet.

Anticipation of product.
After reading about this diet online, http://consumers24reports.com/HCG-Shake/, I decided to "give it a go." I decided to order the least amount (after searching online you can get as little as 14-day supply, with a money-back guarantee) along with the diet guide and recipe book. So ... I placed my order today, which included free shipping and if you use the coupon code save10, you'll receive an extra 10% off. I'm starting out skeptical. I've tried many different diets in the past with the only success being The Zone, which I was on a year and lost 20 lbs. As soon as I receive the product, after thoroughly reading the information, I'll start the next morning with a weigh-in and continue each day following the diet guide and recipe book.
What I hope to achieve other than weight loss, is more energy to keep up with my little man. When you start gaining weight it certainly weighs not only on your mind but your body as well. Even after a full nights sleep I'm still sluggish. I wouldn't say I have an extremely poor diet to begin with, but I "treat" myself pretty much daily. I've definitely got to change my mindset and lifelong nutrition outlook if I'm going to live a healthy vibrant life with my son and later on, grandchildren. After I hit my 30s my natural metabolism tanked. I'm also trying to quit smoking ....... (sigh). I've been trying for years and that also adds the extra weight.
I've got to be totally honest in saying I don't like to exercise and don't plan to any time soon. I keep thinking when I get more energy maybe I'll feel like it. I used to walk 10 miles a week and felt awesome and then one day I didn't feel like it and never went back. For me, it only takes one day. Jump off the horse and keep on walking. So in short, I guess, we'll see.
